Dave is a startup veteran with a passion for the rapidly emerging data and advertising technology spaces. He believes consumers will own, control and license their own data asset in the near future– disrupting and offering great opportunity in every industry. He has deep domain expertise in consumer data, location, attribution modeling, data acquisition, fan engagement, social authentication and advanced segmentation. Roles have included strategy, services and sales roles at Umbel (first party fan data acquisition & segmentation), Encore Media Metrics (attribution modeling, exit to Flashtalking), as well as an ecommerce development shop he founded where he created stores for major entertainment artists. Currently, Dave is focused on bringing the Unacast Real World Graph®—a high quality, transparent location data product—to clients in the adtech, martech, research and fintech verticals. He attended Bridgton Academy in Maine, holds a BFA from Emerson College in Boston, and a certificate of design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
