Adam Bothwell

Cloud Architect

Adam is a self taught software engineer who wrote his first computer virus when he was 12 (sorry Dad), lost his hard drive when he was 13 (caught said virus, grounded) and wrote his first anti-virus when he was 14 (lesson learned.) Adam’s anti-virus evolved into a password-stealer, detection app aimed at protecting America Online users. This grew into anti-spyware software (before “spyware” was a buzzword) and helped pioneer the anti-identity theft industry as one of the first commercial anti-spyware applications.

He’s been writing commercial grade software since age 14 and has published several titles and custom applications for security, medical, and general industries – all before the age of 18.

Truthfully? We’re just glad he’s on our side.
